Hi everyone!
I'm Amanda Nazario, the Registered Dietitian at SDSU Dining and Hospitality. I earned my Bachelor's in Nutrition Science from California Polytechnic State University and a Master's in Sports Nutrition from Concordia University Chicago. My focus is helping students manage food allergies and dietary restrictions, so they can enjoy meals while staying healthy.
At SDSU, I work closely with students and staff to find solutions that meet their needs and support balanced eating habits. I know navigating campus food options can be challenging, so I am here to create a supportive environment where every student feels confident in their food choices.
