Hi everyone! I'm Amanda Nazario, the registered dietitian at Aztec Shops Dining and Hospitality. I hold a Bachelor’s in Nutrition Science from California Polytechnic State University and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Sports Nutrition. My focus is on helping students manage food allergies and dietary restrictions, so they can enjoy meals while staying healthy. At Aztec Shops Dining and Hospitality, I collaborate with students to find solutions that accommodate their needs and promote balanced eating habits. I understand navigating food options on campus can be challenging, and I'm here to create a supportive environment. My goal is for every student to feel confident in their food choices and know they can contact me for guidance!

Outside of my professional life, I have a strong interest in running, hot yoga, hiking, and cooking! My other interests include learning new hobbies with pickleball being my current fixation.
